Appointments and Reservations:

Open daily 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. To make an appointment from the resort, touch 8023. Calls from outside the resort: +590.590.87.67.01. Advance reservations recommended.

All online reservation requests are considered pending until an email confirmation is received from Le Spa with your appointment date and time.

Appointments are guaranteed with a credit card.

Change & Cancellation Policy:

All changes, cancellations and no-shows with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the treatment prices. Due to staffing considerations, same day reservations are non-refundable and will be charged in full at time of booking.

Optimizing Le Spa Experience:

To fully enjoy the spa, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your appointment time to complete your Personal Care Guide. Please note if you have any special needs or health conditions, such as if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure or allergies.

A comfortable robe and slippers will be provided. Don’t worry about being modest, undergarments are not necessary. Our therapists are trained to drape a towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments. Men, please shave 2 hours prior to a facial.

A locker will be supplied during your spa visit. The resort is not responsible for the loss or damage to any articles. We suggest leaving all valuables locked in your guest room/suite safe.

Please speak softly and refrain from cell phone use in all areas of Le Spa. We strive to maintain a relaxing, peaceful and private experience for our guest. The spa is a no-smoking environment.

All spa guests must be 16 years old or have a parent present.

Le Spa welcomes non-resort guests, however other resort amenities are reserved for registered guests.

Payments and Gratuities:

The accepted form of payment is in Euros. (U.S. credit cards are also accepted; charges are converted to the official currency exchange rate as of the day of service.) Resort guests may charge services to their guest room/suite. Gratuities (10%-20%) are customary but entirely optional and left to the customer's discretion.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available starting at 50 €.
